Viyu Play — Kids Learning & Entertainment App

Viyu Play is a comprehensive kids learning and entertainment platform built with Flutter for Android and iOS. Developed for Viyu Ventures, the app gives children a single destination for educational videos, interactive games, and structured workbook exercises.

The app is built around three core content pillars:

• Videos: Curated educational shows organised into seasons and episodes. Kids can browse by show, jump to a season, or follow a continuous viewing flow. Includes a full video player with episode progress.
• Games: A growing library of browser-based educational games embedded natively inside the app. Games are categorised (Brain Boosters, Relax & Play, etc.), each with a dedicated detail screen, leaderboard, and one-tap launch.
• Activities (Workbooks): Structured quiz-style exercises covering subjects like mathematics. Each workbook presents multiple-choice questions, tracks the child's score, and shows leaderboard rankings against other players.

Platform features include:

• Google Sign-In: Secure, one-tap authentication for parents and kids.
• Kid Profiles: Support for multiple child profiles under one account, each with their own avatar and progress.
• Leaderboards: Per-game and per-activity rankings that motivate kids to improve their scores.
• Search: Fast search across games and activities so kids can find content quickly.
• Responsive Layout: Adapts cleanly to portrait and landscape on both phones and tablets.

Viyu Play is built in Flutter with a custom design system, integrating Firebase for auth and a REST API for content and score management. The app is actively developed with new content, features, and platform improvements shipping regularly.
