The Clearcut News is a complete, production-ready news platform built for Telugu-speaking audiences, with the core philosophy: "Truth is clear when news is clear." The project spans a cross-platform mobile app, a full editorial CMS dashboard, and a public landing page.

Flutter Mobile App (Android, iOS & Web):

• Multilingual content: Every article supports three language variants — Telugu script, Tenglish (Roman transliteration), and English — with intelligent fallback display.
• News feed: Infinite-scroll article feed with category filtering (Headlines, India, Local, World, Politics, Sports, Tech, Business, Health, Environment, Entertainment, and more).
• Audio narration: Built-in text-to-speech playback for articles with lock-screen controls via Android/iOS audio service.
• Shorts: TikTok-style short video feed, with upvote/downvote, upload, cover image selection, and draft management.
• Live news: Real-time live event cards supporting YouTube Live embeds, live polling with percentage or vs-target display, result tickers, and image carousels.
• Explore & bookmarks: Hero carousel of top stories, trending section, and a personal read-later list.
• Role-based access: Owner, admin, editor, moderator, member, and blocked permission tiers with in-app admin panel for content management.
• Push notifications & deep linking: Firebase Cloud Messaging with deep link support to route users directly to specific articles or live events.

Next.js Editorial Dashboard (CMS):

• Full article lifecycle management — create, draft, publish, schedule, and archive with multilingual field support.
• AI-powered translation: One-click auto-translation between Telugu, Tenglish, and English using DeepSeek — editors write in one language and generate all three variants instantly.
• Shorts, live coverage, categories, comments, and member management from a single web interface.
• Image cropping and upload pipeline for media management.
• Firebase Auth-protected with role-based route access.

The app's logo and visual identity were designed in-house alongside the development.
