Pizza Club needed a better internal system to manage employee time tracking, scheduling, and approvals without relying on fragmented manual processes.

The system includes core workflow features such as:
- Timesheet editing: Lets staff update and maintain time records in a structured workflow.
- Approval flows: Supports review and approval of submitted timesheets.
- Employee rosters: Organizes shift schedules and roster assignments for the team.
- Email notifications: Sends emails automatically to keep employees and managers informed.
- Logins and logouts: Tracks employee attendance events as part of daily operations.
The result is a streamlined internal tool that improves visibility, reduces repetitive admin work, and gives the business a clearer process for managing employee time and scheduling.
