Pizza Club Council Documents Tracking System
A logging and tracking system for Pizza Club built with Google Sheets, Apps Script, HTML, and Tailwind CSS to manage council documents, compliance records, and operational logs.
Pizza Club needed a better way to manage council-related documents and day-to-day compliance records across restaurant operations. Manual tracking made it harder to keep records organized, up to date, and easy to review.
Chilipi developed a custom logging and tracking system using Google Sheets, Apps Script, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.
The system was designed to help the client monitor and record key operational data such as:
- Boiling temperature logs: Tracks required temperature records for operational compliance.
- Equipment maintenance: Maintains service and upkeep records for restaurant equipment.
- Employee training: Organizes training-related records and staff readiness tracking.
- Leave management: Records employee leave activity in a structured workflow.
- Customer complaints: Logs issues clearly for follow-up and reporting.
- Council document tracking: Keeps important business and compliance records accessible and organized.
The result is a lightweight internal system that helps the restaurant maintain cleaner documentation, improve visibility across operations, and reduce the friction of manual record-keeping.
This project highlights how Chilipi uses Google Workspace automation and custom web interfaces to build practical back-office systems for real business operations.
